Hi! I'm Jeanette
I'm a certified Yoqi Associate Qigong instructor, sound healing practitioner, and someone who’s been right where you are: trying to slow down and reconnect with my body in a world that constantly pulls us out of it.
When I first began practicing Qigong, my teacher guided us through the Five Keys before every class — not just as a warm-up, but as a way to come home to ourselves. Over time, these keys became the foundation of my own practice, and now I start every class the same way.
I created this guide so you’d always have that reminder too — whether you’re practicing alone at home or just need a pause in your day to breathe and reset.
