Sound Healing Experiences
Sound reaches places words cannot. It moves through the body as vibration, settling the nervous system and loosening what has been held.

Reset your Body and Energy with Sound
How does sound healing work?
Sound is more than just something we hear — it’s something we feel. As vibration moves through the body, it can shift stagnant energy, calm the nervous system, and restore harmony on a cellular level. This is the foundation of sound healing: the use of therapeutic frequencies to support physical, emotional, and energetic well-being.
Modern research is now catching up with what ancient traditions have long known — that sound can reduce stress, improve sleep, regulate the nervous system, and help us process emotions stored deep within the body.
Each instrument I work with emits a unique frequency or overtone that interacts with the body’s own energetic field. These frequencies don’t just resonate through physical contact — they also travel through air and space. Whether you experience sound healing in person or through an audio journey, the frequencies continue to do their work.

Sound Immersion Journey
A fully personalised, deeply immersive 1:1 sound healing session using hand-hammered Himalayan Full-Moon singing bowls, therapeutic instruments, light touch, and vocal toning — woven together into one continuous, intentional journey. Unlike a traditional sound bath, every session is tailored to you. We begin with a brief consultation to tune into your intentions, energy, and any areas needing support. From there, I follow what your body needs — no two sessions are the same.

Session options:
60 minutes — S$180 The full journey: chakra bowl layout, bowls placed on the body, light touch, vocal toning, and therapeutic instruments as guided. A complete reset. 90 minutes — S$240 Everything in the 60-minute session, opening with a sonic massage on the back of the body for a more complete, full-body energetic release. Choose this if you’re carrying tension in the shoulders, neck or back — or if you simply want more time to ground and relax. Simply indicate 90 mins in the booking. 3-session package — S$486 Three 60-minute sessions, valid for 3 months.

What to Expect During a Session
Each session begins with a short consultation to attune to your current state, intentions, and energetic needs. You’ll then lie down fully clothed on a comfortable mat, supported with props if needed, and gently guided into stillness.
I’ll begin by placing Full Moon Himalayan singing bowls directly on and then around your body, creating a sonic massage that works through vibration, resonance, and subtle energy fields to support grounding and energy realignment.
Light touch, vocal toning, and additional therapeutic instruments — such as the ocean drum or sansula — are woven in as guided.
Everything flows together. You just receive.
It’s completely normal to drift in and out of awareness as the body receives and integrates the frequencies.
You’ll be gently guided back at the end, with time to land, reflect, and ask questions if desired.
